چکیده

Bu çalışmada, Herniaria glabra L. bitkisinin antibakteriyal, antioksidan ve fenolik bileşik tayinini kapsayan biyolojik karakteristiklerinin aydınlatılması hedeflenmiştir. amaç doğrultusunda ilk olarak sırasıyla, aseton, etanol hekzan çözücüleri kullanılarak bitki ekstraktları elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen ekstraklarının Enterobacter cloaceae ATCC 13047, Enterococcus faecalis 29212, Salmonella typhimirium 14028, Staphylococcus epidermidis 12228, Proteus vulgaris 29905, Yersinia pseudotuberculosis 911, aureus 25923, Pseudomanas aeruginosa 27853, Klebsiella pneumoniae 13883, Bacillus subtilis 6633, Escherichia coli 35218 Listeria monocytogenes 7644 bakterilerine karşı agar kuyu difüzyon metodu ile antibakteriyal aktiviteleri test Antioksidan aktivite analizi DPPH (2,2-Difenil-1-pikrilhidrazil) serbest radikal giderme yöntemi tanımlanmış toplam bileşen Folin-Ciocalteu metoduna göre gerçekleştirilmiştir. çalışmaların sonucunda, en yüksek verimle (% 2.4476) aseton ekstraktının içeriğe (6.25 ± 0,0012 µg/ml) sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir. Yine süpürücü aktivitesinin (IC50; 20.5610 ekstratlarından gözlenmiştir. Etanol, K. bakterisine inhibisyon aktivitesine ancak diğer indikatör bakterilere olmadığı
